Volentia Systems AB develops the core technology — the Intent Operating System. The same intent engine, context graph, governance model and connectors run beneath every vertical we ship. Only the business objects and workflows change from one industry to the next; the architecture does not.
Each vertical is delivered as its own product, on its own site, to its own market. Property is the first to launch — complex, repetitive and communication-intensive, with the fragmented software estate that makes intent-first operations obviously valuable. The same platform is already mapped for hospitality and the public sector.

Peter Bailey is Co-Founder of Volentia and an entrepreneur with decades of international experience in business development, commercial growth, marketing and operational leadership. Having served as Chief Operating Officer for several companies, together with more than 30 years of board-level experience in the property management sector, he brings a unique blend of executive leadership, strategic vision and entrepreneurial expertise.
As Co-Founder, Peter is responsible for shaping Volentia's commercial strategy, product vision and market positioning. He works closely with his fellow co-founders to ensure the platform addresses real-world challenges and delivers measurable value for customers.
Peter's strength lies in bridging the gap between services and technology — translating complex industry challenges into intuitive AI-driven solutions that are results driven, scalable, commercially viable and customer-centric.
